Creating my own website part 1

 As I said, I will create my own website. To do this, I will use the website Wix. 

I started my work by adding bookmarks that I will need on my blog - Home, About me, Portfolio and Contact. I also changed the background color. I chose pink because it is pleasing to the eye and fits perfectly into my composition. I also changed the copyright information.

Then I got into disagne menu. After looking at a few, I chose one that I thought was a perfect match for the style of the blog. I did not change the font or case because they were perfect. However, I had to drag the menu bar because it was too short and looked bad. I also set the text to be lined up and facing to the right.

Finally, I decided to add my own photo. First, I wanted it not to take up the entire area, but just a piece. Then I added my first and last name and tried different fonts.

However, after a long reflection, this photo did not suit me. I decided to put on one that would take up the entire background space. Then I decided to add the inscription - aspiring journalist. I was looking for a suitable font for a long time, but in the end I decided on Stencil. I also enlarged both texts and turned them black. In the end, all I have to do is put them in the right places. I had many ideas, but I chose one on the left and the other on the right and my image in the middle.

In the end, everything was as I wanted, but something was not right. The white footer somehow did not match the rest of the design. I decided to make it pink too. So I have to save all changes. After a while, however, I remembered to check what my home page would look like after opening it on the phone. It turned out that only the inscription was too big, so I made it smaller and put it in the right place. Finally, I used the preview mode to see how everything looks like.

In conclusion, I am satisfied with the effect. I made the whole home page very pleasant. I think I achieved the effect I had imagined a few days ago.
