As I wrote before, I will write an article about Coco Chanel. But before I start, I want to know that I know hundred percent how to write a good article. For this, I am doing research on this topic.

"An article is a piece of writing written for a large audience. The main motive behind writing an article is that it should be published in either newspapers or magazines or journals so as to make some difference to the world."

First of all, the most important thing is that I know the rules for writing this form of work. For this, I will definitely read many guides on the Internet on this subject. However, now I would like to give you some important rules that I have read.

The components of the article:

1.Title of Articl

2. Writer's name

3. Body (main part of the article)

  • Introductive Paragraph
  • Descriptive Paragraph
  • Additional Information (if needed)
4. Conclusion

One of the most important points is identifying the audience. Who is this article for? For this purpose, it is worth imagining that you are the recipient and wondering what you would like to be in the article. Doing research, collecting research, is equally important before you start writing. Statistics, quotes from famous people, definitions, anecdotes, quotes and examples from people like the reader or from popular books on the subject will be great to use. It is important to first try to write drafts, then analyze them and, seeing errors and shortcomings, correct them until the final work is perfect.

The subject of the article should be carefully considered - it must be interesting for the recipient, and the discussed issues - known to the author, who acts as an authority in a given field, an expert on the subject. The style should be appropriate to the type of article. For example, a press release will be characterized by objectivity and brevity, a column by subjectivism and a light tone, and a commentary by the presence of persuasive elements. In the article one thought should come from the previous one. Subsequent arguments must be consistent and related to each other, complement each other.

An intriguing title related to the content. It can be based on a play on words, make associations or take the form of a question. A short, several-sentence introduction signaling the content of the article. It introduces the reader to the issue, its task is to attract his attention and encourage him to read the whole thing. The content of the article, i.e. the thesis, the main idea supported by arguments. The argument should lead to a conclusion. Individual parts can be distinguished by giving them titles (so-called subheadings). Conclusion, i.e. summary, conclusions, opinion.
